The Personal Data collected by Énestas, S. de R.L. de C.V. (“Énestas”), will be subject to automated processing and incorporated into the relevant automated personal data files for which Énestas is responsible, in accordance with the guidelines of its Privacy Notice (“Automated Data Processing”).

Inclusion in the Automated Data Processing requires that the user provides his/her consent to Énestas in an unequivocal manner. Énestas will provide the user with all the appropriate technical resources so that, prior to the granting of consent, the user can access the privacy notice or any other information that may be relevant.

The inclusion in the Automated Data Processing is intended to maintain the contractual relationship, if any, established with Énestas, as well as the management, administration, provision, expansion and improvement of information of the services on which the user decides to obtain information, subscribe and/or contract, including the adjustment of such services and/or information to the preferences, interests and tastes of the user, and the delivery of updates by electronic or traditional means of technical, operational and commercial information about products and/or services offered by Énestas currently or in the future.

The purpose of the Automated Data Processing also involves sending survey forms that the user is not obliged to answer, on subjects including evaluating the quality of products and/or services exchanged and/or provided by Énestas; it also includes the possibility of contacting the user personally, by telephone or e-mail.

Likewise, within the purpose of the Automated Data Processing, information may be obtained for the possible hiring of services or acquisition of products that Énestas offers and/or markets to the general public, including quotations, delivering proposals and/or information of a commercial nature, and carrying out the necessary financial evaluations to determine the viability of the user as a present and future customer.
